Monday:
What did i do? Let me think. I went to Changkat Changi Secondary Sch in the afternoon to do my volunteer work. And hmmmmm....... I guess I slack for the rest of the day.
Tuesday:
What did i do? Oh yah! The PC crashed once more. Thanks to my continuous abuse. The PC just couldn't get into Windows in the normal mode. Keep shutting down by itself and can only enter Windows in safe mode which is as good as useless. Guess have to reformat the PC for the dun know how many times in this first quarter of the year. After reformatting, took the PC to Challenger to upgrade the RAM. Presently running on pathethic 128RAM. Tortise speed I would say. Up to 384RAM. Then took the PC back home and left for evening class. Xian! Evening class. During class, got this auntie really low EQ. Keep asking question during lecture. Not that I'm against people clarifying doubts but most of her time her questions are 'bird language'. People! THINK before you ask. Is like every 5 minutes, you would hear that voice. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Thankfully I finished class without tearing my head and hair apart. haha.
Wednesday:
My mum's birthday. Actually not really her real birth date. Her real one was 2 Mar if i didn't remember wrongly. She was born during WW II. So her registration of her birth date was way after the date she was born. So that's why we celebrate much later. But nobody really cares becoz it didn't really matter. Had a class in the afternoon and was to meet for dinner at this Seafood Buffet at TM. Met my parents there and my sis was still on her way. Apparently the restrauant worked on the basis of pay first then eat. My sis was suppose to foot the bill but she wasn't there yet. My dad told that to the floor manager and then he just barge in and took a seat. The floor manager was like shaking his head in disbelief but yet knowing that customer comes first. I was really pai seh. And I was kinda in a mood swing. Many things happening and my emotions were really messed up. After my first round, I was too pai seh to go for antoher round. I suddenly felt like i was back to my old self - low self-esteem, fearful. I just sat there and stared out at the main entrance waiting anxiously for my sis to arrive. I dun know why but I just was in a real bad state. Then I started to feel very depressed. At 24, I can't even afford to foot that simple meal. I felt like a loser, a worthless person. I was nearing to tears, no joke. I was really very depressed. Thankfully my sis arrived and when the bill was settled, I was much relieved. I guess these few weeks had been a bit emotional for me. Managing my own life was tough. Finding out that my dad had 2 veins connecting to the heart blocked up. Thinking about his salvation but yet not really feeling for him as a father (this is another story which if i ever i got i chance, i will share) My mum at the age of 63 is still worrying for my studies. This is one thing that i am really sad about. I wish i could really do more and give a better life for my mum. I really feel like SCREAMING! argh! oK i'm done. Despite all these, I know that I cannot do without God. My mum sustained until now becoz she believes in God and always trusted in His providence and care. My sis works to take care of the family becoz she knows God wants her to take care of the family. I need to trust in God. Emotions are gifts from God and it is natural to feel the different emotions. But as we are experiencing the emotions let us not forget God. When we are happy, let's not forget God. When we are sad, let's not run away from God. I guess what I'm goin thru now is a form of moulding and strengthening of my character. Even at my downs, unless i come to God, I would never experience His healing and His strengths. I know at the end of the road, I would praise the Lord becoz He has made me to become a better man. Amen!

EASTER SUNDAY
Excited! It's Easter Sunday. And my mum will be coming to my church to attend the service and also the same time have a look at the new premise. So wonderful. I haven't got a chance to worship with my mum together. So really treasured it alot. This morning woke up pretty early. After all the necessary biz, I was at my wardrobe figuring what to wear. The MPH is going to be frozen cold and I dun really have a good enough sweater or breaker. Just in the corner, I noticed my suit. It was thick and of good material. Though it is goin to be kinda of overdressed but I just thought why not. I haven't really "dolled'' up myself for such a long time. To make it less formal, I wear a white chinese shirt behind the coat with a brown jeans. Not bad i would say but the fats must go. Kinda of packed in it. Haha.
Then my mum and I walked down to the main road to get a cab. While walking, I remembered those old good days when I was young and wherever I would go, I would hold my mum hand. And i really love to becoz it gave me security, comfort and love. So I purposely mentioned about it casually and took the opportunity to hold her hand. She was a bit apprehensive but then I could see that she also do treasure those memories.
Got a cab and reached church in less than 5 minutes. We sat near to the door which was a good move becoz it was less cold as the doors were frequently visited by those who were making their way out. Pastor was talking about the significance of Jesus' death. 3 significants. Firstly was to unite His people. Secondly was to consecrate His people. Lastly, I can't remember. Ops. Hehe. Then was followed by baptism and was really an attraction becoz this is the first time our church is holding a baptism in a 'proper' baptism pool. I was baptised in somebody's swimming pool. I actually wanted the sea but i guess it doesn't really matter where as it is just a symbolism. The main thing is to accept Christ as our faith. Then after which was Holy Communion and last but not least food. They once again served my favourite - the ICE CREAM PUFF. Muahahahaha. After the meal, my mum wanted to go back to her own chuch svc so i send her out to the main road to get a cab. After that I went back church for the last bible class on Daniel. Was hilarious, rowdy, crazy but fun. And could see that everybody had learnt something from the book of Daniel.
After bible class, some of us (Daniel, Me, Evon, Jamie, W.Y, X.L, Joanne) went to Tampines to find something to do. At first thought that want to eat so went TM foodcourt. Reached there then realised none of us want to eat. So went Mac once again to eat ice cream and talk rubbish. Haha. So bored until me and Jamie challenged each other to see who can make a 5 and 10 cent coin stand. As expected, I out beat her. Muahahahaha.
Then afterwhich we went to TM arcade to play the Photo game. Ended pretty fast. Then played Daytona which Jamie crashed my car and I ended being 2nd. After the game, I told Jamie how to be a polite driver. All these kids, dun have license dun know how to drive properly. Haiz. After that, went NTUC becoz W.Y need to buy some biscuits. After that, home we go.

Youth Easter Outreach
Yes! Finally, our first Youth Evangelistic outreach. Never had the youth ministry done such a high key event and I praise the Lord for His direction upon us.
Reached the MPH at 1pm and started to test the sound. Was supposed to share the premise with the Skit people and was kinda running short of time. And there was like kinda tension between the some of the skit people and the worship team (or rather me lah) Suppose to start at 1pm but after much delay and also time taken to test sound, we only manage to start off at about 1.30pm. And by the time we ended with the practise, it was like 2pm and the skit had to end their practise by 3pm. Frustrated I was as I felt that things should have been managed in a better way. There were simply too much crashes and too little communication between the different parties. After the practise, I went away and cool down before the Lord. That's something that I had learnt. As a Worship Leader, and especially when leading worship, I had to put all these aside and not be distracted by them. So I ask the Lord to take away from my frustration and to just focus on worshipping Him. So was feeling much better after that (i was doing this while going to 7 Eleven and I bought a sandwich to pacify myself! muahahaha)
Then the moment arrived and the svc started. Denise was the Emcee. Did quite well but would be better if she could read less from the cards. Then Ding Yi led in the games. Pretty good job. And followed by the worship. I must say we did a fantastic job. Though there are rooms for more improvement but as a first time coming together, I say I'll give a 80 out of 100. And there were many praises from the people that we had done a great job. But let's be humble. All glory goes to the Lord. We will continue to strive for excellence. Then after the worship was the skit. Entertaining but just a few hiccups. Then followed by Pastor Edwin's sermon which I erh erh erh didn't quite recall. Hehe. Bad testimony. I would say that this Outreach was a successful one. Not so much that many people came or many turn to Christ but rather many of the Youths took the step of faith and invited their friends. That's something that the Youth Ministry had been encouraging but in vain. And I'm also very proud that most of the members of the worship team invited their friends. As a front line ministry, we had to always set a higher standard of example. Not so much as obligation or for show but rather we have to lead by example and I'm very proud of them. So after svc was refreshment. I settled my dinner. Haha.
After the clearing up, some of us (Dan, me, W.Y, X.L, Evon. Jamie, Joanne, Lionel) went to TM to watch Miss Congeniality 2. My goodenss, this is the 5th movie i'm watching this month. Pocket really burn big hole. Then after that we went to eat at Pastamania. By then, i was really knockout. Was too tired to even talk rubbish. After makan, actually still want to go for ice-cream but my mouth is too tired to even pop ice-cream in it. So i went home and zzzzZZZZZZZZZZZ.

GOOD FRIDAY
What's so good about Friday? If you ask me, I'll say it's holiday. Honestly it shdn't be called Good Friday. It should be called the Best Friday becoz our Lord, Jesus Christ died for us. Praise the Lord, our Saviour!
Today again I woke up extremely unusually early. Woke up at 8am and couldn't get back to sleep. So woke up and started to see what's on for today. Morning go banking den go book movie tickets, den late morning worship practise den followed by the movie den after that went to Suntec where Si En bought a jacket den dinner. This is one of my shortest account for a long day. Haha

MAUNDY THURSDAY
HOrrray! No class today. But still got many things to do. Got to go for haircut, go church to help out, go for worship practise and last but not least, the most important event is Maundy Thursday. Woke up pretty early. Dun know why but since i was awake, I decided to do something meaningful. At the computer screen. Haha. Waste my life just on the PC. Checked my mail, played some games. And time flew. It was 11am. My hair saloon just opened. So I gave a call to make an appointment. Actually tot of having it at 11.30am but my stylist not in until 12pm and he had another appointment. So next slot was like 2.30pm. Oh my! That's a long wait and I can't wait for another day coz my hair is way too like a bush. Another time it will catch a fire. So reluctantly, I took that appointment. Since I had so much time to wait, I packed my bag and went to church. And the church is still quite in a mess and as usual my help is always needed. Did some errands here and there and it was lunch time. Went to the newly renovated hawker centre just beside the Bedok Army Camp. Got plenty of food but I decided to go for the Fish&Chips. When lunch came, I realised they served me a very healthy and slim fish. The fish was like less than a cm thick. My goodness. You called that a fish. Uncle Wee Kiat called that a tsunami fish. Fish that got swept up onto the road by the tsunami and run over by cars. Haha. And it cost me $4.50. After that, we had 'Ching Teng' for desert. Cooling and splendid. After lunch, time to go cut hair. Reached there, my stylist took like erh erh 15 min and done. Just trimming and thinning. Haha. Me like girl like that. Cut hair also so 'ma fan' (troublesome) After this, went back to church again to help out. Then was followed by the worship practise. Was running late and short of time and was still testing out the sounds. I was honestly nervous becoz this was such a grand occasion. I also couldn't really hear my bass and it seems like it was giving me problem also. Then when the svc started, we started playing and halfway thru the last song, my bass started to give me problem. Was giving me the "Ko ro pok" sound. Cracking here and there until I finally gave up and stop playing. Was a little disappointed and frustrated but I guess I learned something. If I can't use the bass to worship God, then I will just worship God with whatever I have.
The svc was followed by Senior Pastor's message and then the Holy Communion and lastly the foot washing. The feet washing was very meaningful. It was one of the last things that Jesus did before being crucified. In the olden days, people wears sandals and the road is dirt road. So when guests turn up at the host's house, the servants of the hosts would help to clean the feet of the guest. This service is done by the servant. But Jesus being the master did this to his disciples as an act to tell them that He being God came not to be served but to serve. And He wants all His disciples to follow likewise. To have a servanthood heart. As the brother started to wash my feet, I simply couldn't control my emotions. Without knowing, the events from the feet washing to the crucifixation of Jesus start to float into my mind. My heart was so touched and I just couldn't stop tearing (one of the another thing that i do like a girl. haha) Lastly, Pastor told us to go around and send our blessings, prayers to our brothers and sisters. It was very moving when you see everyone moving around encouraging, praying , tearing with one another. THAT'S WHAT GOD'S FAMILY ARE ABOUT. LOVING ONE ANOTHER! I really await the day where everyone will gather together to worship and praise God.

LONG TUESDAY
Tuesday usually is a nice day for me but today was kinda different. I dropped by the new church premise in the afternoon. Everything had just been moved over and everybody was busy unpacking and shelving their stuff. So as usual, me being a helpful and kind soul, I offered my big hands. Initially, I was doing the easy job. I was labelling all the shelves and tagging the keys. After that was the 'xiong' one. I was to help sort out and shelf 10 boxes of books. The sorting out and shelving was not the hard part. The hard part was I had to deal with 10 boxes of books. I hate books. Worse of all, 10 BOXES of IT. I was doing it with Evigan. After done with the 3rd box, I summoned Denise, Joanne and Xin Ling to take over. I left to do other less traumatising job. Haha. I was helping Eleanor shelving her files, stationery and etc which was so much more soothing and enjoying. Along the way, i took a few or rather a dozen of couple of breaks, snacking around. Empty stomach is no good for a hard day of job. Without knowing, time sneaked by and was already like 6pm. By then the girls and Evigan had already done up the shelves while my side was nearly finished. I had to leave at 7pm for my worship practise just down at the Multi Purpose Hall in the church.
When everybody had arrived, we started to get our equipment up while the sound engineer start up the sound. The night was not very pleasant. The sound didn't sound well, we couldn't hear ourselves or it was too loud. We didn't know what the sound engineer was trying out. Some of us were frustrated not becoz of other people but rather that time was running short and things couldn't be put together. I guess everyone wanted to give their best to the Lord but then there are times that things don't go our way. Do we vent our frustrations and just be so engrossed with the problem or do we just do with what we have and continue to worship God? I guess everybody will give me the latter as the politically right answer but we are human and of emotions and expectations and it is hard not to go into the swing of mood. So let's not focus on ourselves or the problem. The sacrifice is good but the Lord delights more in the heart of worship.

PALM SUNDAY
Woke up pretty late. By the time I got to church it was like nearly 8.40am. Was helping Eleanor to do packing(at her desk area) while listening to the sermon. Pastor was on the topic about Tabernacle. It was about worshipping God with the right mindset and attitude. Then there was one part that Pastor said was very apparent in some of the youths. Pastor was talking about worshipping God with all your strength. And he particularly mention about this 7am svc that was faithfully attended by this group of eldery. This elderly will rather miss breakfast then to miss the svc. And they will always without fail be there way before the svc start to prepare themselves to worship God. You can imagine how early these old folks wake up. For a few weeks, certain Youths from the Chinese Congregation (chinese svc is in the afternoon) had been attending the morning English svc. Afterwhich they will stay on for a Bible class and then followed by their own Chinese svc. I guess this is what Pastor is talking about. Worshipping God with all our strength. And i can say it is quite a tiring thing to attend from morning till evening. I've done it for many months and it is not easy. I'm very glad that this bunch of youths really make the effort to come and worship God. And I do pray that more youths will start to worship God not for convenience but worship God with all their heart, soul and strength.
After svc, went to eat at KFC. Ordered a Zinger Meal and the burger was still in the process of making. SO the cashier told me to wait for 3 min. I decided to be gracious so i gave her a bit more time. I went to the counter and saw that the burger was not ready so i walked back to my seat. Then i waited a while more and went to the counter again. This time the burger was still not ready. I was a bit disappointed. I don't mind waiting for my burger but i hate it when the people just anyhow give me an answer just to pacify me. So I went up to the counter and gave a very straight face. And the cashier finally check with the kitchen staff and told me to wait for 4 min. Finally after much waiting and controlling of temper, I realised I had only 5 min to gobble up my burger. Which i did and the girls were like 'eeee', 'aarhh', 'yuck'. Haiz! Girls will be girls. Then we rush for the bible class which was on the book of Daniel. Talking about the '70 seven' Prophecy. Very interesting and i'm goin to read in detail(when i'm free which nvr seems to happen).
After bible class, had tuition with Ariz on P.O.A. Then Dino needed some help to bring his drum set home. So i followed him and then drove back to church. The chinese svc had started. I went to Eleanor's desk area and carried on packing. At the end of the svc, we had to start dismantle the whole church premise as we'll be moving. Honestly, I was sad because the present church premise had always been my 2nd home. I've worked in this place as an intern for a year and other times, I'll always dropped by to hang around. I'm really attached to this place. Now to tear it down seemed a bit cruel but the Lord showed me something. What is dear to me, He has something better for me. The new church premise. And to be honest, the new church premise is marvellous and splendid. But the Lord is not finished. He carried on to tell me that, this is only my temporary home. My home is somewhere else. What I see now is good. What more can i say when i'm at my permanent home. Praise be to God, the Almighty one. Amen!

Thu to Sat
THU:
Met Maax, Si En, Xin Ling at City Hall MRT. Brought them to Penisula Plaza to look at guitar at Davis. After much decision, all 3 intend to buy the same model but different colour. After that went to Funan Centre to eat MacDonald. And Funan Centre is big but I can't find a single DBS or POSB ATM. End up borrowing money. While eating, met Gabriel and his 2 sibling, Ariel and Gretchen. Then after lunch, decided to go to Bugis becoz Si En wants to get a pair of slipper. And Si En suggested to walk there. We were fine with the idea until we realised Si En doesn't know how to walk there. And neither do anyone of us. So as smart kids, we took the train. Reached Bugis, walked around, Si En saw what see wanted at OP but no size. ^o^haha. So too bad. No slippers for her. I happened to have a $20 Parco voucher. So we decided to spend it on Bubble Tea. After the drink, then we headed back East and decided to drop by church to jam. At church, we found out some equipments were not around so end up couldn't really jam. But we were make useful when Lydia told us to clear up the postings on the boards. After that, Maax and I went home while the girls carried on their last minute shopping.
FRI:
Afternoon had tuition with Calvin and Wei Ren. After that in the evening, had our Easter Outreach Worship Practise. And everybody was late. Haiz. Nvm. This will be something that will have to be cultivated and it takes time. Started practising from 7.30pm and we ended at about 9pm. Wanted to end early becoz want to go home to catch the last episode of "You are the one" which is screening at 9pm. As we only ended by then, I offered to open up my house to those who wanted to catch the show but couldn't be home in time. Ding Yi, Xin Ling, Si En, Wen Yuan and Ting2 came. For once, I finally see that they could walk fast especially those with short legs. ^0^ hahahaha. Usually all of them stroll and even when they are late for Youth fellowship. Punctuality is definitely not a virtue in these people. After the show, then walk them to Tampines MRT and then slowly walk home, took a bath and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
SAT:
WOke up early, Daniel's dad picked me up and went for breakfast and my market. Then Daniel, me and Joanne walked to our new church premise. Had a technical briefing. And also a rundown for Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday. Had to miss the wheelchair training becoz of the rundown. Rescheduled to another day. After the rundown, had worship practise which took like dun know how long to set up and to fine tune the sound becoz everything is new. By the time we were done, we managed to run thru the songs once. Packed up and went over to the Chapel where the youths were practising for the skit. After that, some of us (me, Daniel, Joanne, Denise, Xin Ling, Yvonne and Wen Yuan) went for dinner. Actualli they wanted to watch "Son of the mask" but den too bad the next screening was 9.50pm which was too late. So eat dinner onli. And dinner was quite horrendous. Not the food. The people eating it. Took us dun know how long to decide where to eat. So went to Genki Sushi to eat. Me ate 3 Temaki, 1 plate of salmon, 1 Salmon roll and dun ask me why i eat so many salmon. i just love salmon. Then after dinner, we went to MacDonald to sit down and chat. (Forgot to mention, W.Y had to go home becoz she simply had too much h/w. ^o^ muahahahhaha) Didn't sit long as I think all of us are tired and we didn't have much lame jokes to go around. So after having an ice-cream, we left. As usual, I take a stroll home, bathe and zzzzzzzzz.
(i have attached 2 comments on the song which i thought was very meaningful. do take time to read thru. As Easter approaches, let's be not only reminded of what He has done but also what He can do in your life. Are you ready for that challenge?)
by Lenny LeBlanc & Paul Baloche from "Worship"
Michael W. Smith lyrics
Above all powers
Above all things
Above all nature and all created things
Above all wisdom and all the ways of man
You were here before the world began
Above all kingdoms
Above all thrones
Above all wonders the world has ever known
Above all wealth and treasures of the earth
There's no way to measure what You're worth
::Chorus::
Crucified
Laid behind the stone
You lived to die
Rejected and alone
Like a rose trampled on the ground
You took the fallAnd thought of me

Glimpse of the Promised Land
Today, me and Daniel went down to the church new premise. We were there to get to know the sound and light system. After the whole session, honestly, I'm not sure I know fully what the sound engineer had said to me. Kinda only understand half of what he was saying. And as the system was not ready, the night worship practise was cancelled. A bit disappointed. Thought I could toy around. But have to wait. The next practise is this coming saturday. Hopefully everything will be up by then.
But the thing that really excites me is the whole place. Even as I had a glimpse of the premise (not fully up), I could see what it will be like when people starts coming. Firstly, the church members will have a place where they can finally call home. And also being a hospital chapel, the Lord has placed upon us this responsibility to minister to the patients there. And I believe many people will be ministered and healings both physically and Spiritually will occur. Honestly, I considered what I see as something of small faith. I believe the Lord will do greater things. This small glimpse of the Promised Land is promise from God and also a protrait of His faithfulness. Jevhovah Jireh, our Provider. Amen!

Another Nice SOng
One of the theme song from Mediacorptv, Channel 8, drama series called "You are the one". Didn't get to hear the whole song but the starting already sound beautiful.
YOU MAKE ME FEEL BRAND NEW
Lyrics: Ken Chong
Composer: Redwan Ali
Singer: Redwan Ali
I am but a foolish man with only love in his heart
The rain may come, the sun may set, but I'll never let you go
All I need is your love, to hear you say that I am your man
So tell me now and show me how I could be your better man
*And I'll surrender everything just to be with you
There is no one in the world like you You make me real
*And I'll cross every ocean just to be with you
Baby you're my dream and you're my soul
You make me real
副歌:
Just like a flame
You're burning in my soul
You wake me from the cold
You make me real
And like a flameYou brighten up my world
Every corner bears a print of you
You really make me feel brand new
Like a flameYou glow within my heart forever more
You make me feel brand new

Nice SOng

AmazinGrace
Yeah!! It's AmazinGrace, the once in a year race. Was waiting for it since last year didn't hold it. This time the race is held in Pulau Ubin. Going to be interesting. But the race was early in the morning at 8.30am. Had to literally shake myself up. Woke up at 6.30am, did some necessary biz and set off my house at 6.50am. Then took a bus from Tampines Interchange to Changi Village. Reach there at about 7.40am. Since it was early, i decided to take my breakfast. Ate 'rice cake' and 'carrot cake' and drank one cup of grass jelly.
Then when we gathered into our grouping, Clement, Glenn, Si En, Xin Ling, Natalya were in my team. Then Daniel did some briefing in English and Mandarin. Well his chinese is not that fantastic but honestly it was a great effort from him. I know. Well done my brother! After tat the race started. Then our first clue was "SEA is my last name. Find me in Block 2" We were at a hawker centre, so my team was lookin for a shop that has SEA as the last name. After a while then did we realise that it wasn't about a shop but a person. We were suppose to look for this guy by the name of Chuan Hai where his name Hai is chinese word for SEA. So we manage to find him and got our next destination. We were suppose to take a ferry to terminal.
When we hit the terminal, our team was 2nd in place. Then something unbelievable happen. The next team in the queue was like 20 people behind us. So we had a good headstart. Then this boatman told the group in front of me and my group to take his boat. So we left the queue and head towards him. But the police at the custom stop us and refuse to let us past. We were in a state of confusing and when we recovered, the next team had advanced to the front of the queue and they took the ferry first. What a surprise! Without fail, that team start jeering at us. haha.
But immediately after much complaining to the police, we were a boat behind the team. When we reached Pulau Ubin, we were the fourth team. Then our first clue was to find this coconut stall along this dun know wat bridge and find out how much one Thai coconut cost. And we had to buy one and retain the husk as evidence. There was another team which was doin the same route and we were way ahead. When we left for our 2nd clue, they were way behind us. So our next clue is to find the campsite of the NPCC and find wat's the speed limit in the premise. It was a long way. Nearly fainted. Found the speed limit 40km/h. Then we set off for our next destination, the Mama Beach. Dun ask me why this beach is called the Mama. Near the beach there's the garden and we are suppose to count the number of peacocks and boar in the garden. As we were walking towards that destination, we met the early team that was behind us. Somehow or rather they were now in front of us. I thought they must have cheated. Haha. But den apparently, they took a wrong route but in fact was a shorter route and they had actualli completed one more obstacles than us. This is outrageous. What's so much about playing the game conscientiously. Doesn't pay. haha. But den, got to keep my complaints to myself and keep encouraging my teammates. FOund the garden; 2 peacocks and 1 real fat and lazy boar. Afterwhich, our last clue was to find the Village headman's house and take a photo of the signboard tat says " Cold drinks for sale". Despite knowing that we are trailing behind, the whole team was still very much in the race. We found the last clues and went to our final check point. When we reached there, we were suppose to solve a last obstacles. Kinda a riddle. The answer was Grace and Peace. Phew! Finally the race had ended. Was challenging I have to say but was thrilling. When the last team came in, the result was announced. My team came in fourth but I guess it doesn't really matter. Because in God's eyes there are no losers or winners among His children. Our walk on earth is like this race. Everybody will eventually finish at the same point. Some faster, some slower. Along the way, we are faced with obstacles but we work as a team to solve the problem, encourage one another and enjoy each other's companion. When we finsihed the race, we pat each other's back and say well done and we continue to cheer for those who had not finished the race. That's what's our walk should be like. So my brothers and sisters, let us not give up the race for all who finish the race are winners. Amen!
Well! After the race, i tot tat i was still goin strong. The race ended at about 12.30pm. Went back to church and had a tuition appointment at 2pm. Finished tuition at 3.30pm den did some jamming session. After tat went to SpotLight to buy some materials for the bouquet of flowers that Charles is bringing to UK to give to Emily. Hehe. Dun know if he is proposing or not. Muaahhahahahaha. Den reached home at about 6pm. I tot i was still able to stay awake but my eyes were shutting down. So I had no choice but to go take a nap. Slept from 6 to about 10.30pm. Hate to admit it but age is catching up on me. Den went online for a while. At about 11.30pm, started to do the bouquet. Took me about 2 hours to finish. Hehe. Tot tat it was one of my best piece of work. Clear up the mess and without much hesitation, onto my bed and

A Week's Worth of My Stuff
Woah! Phew! Finally a day where I'm not tied down by anything. This week has been loooonnnnnnggggggg and tiring. Hardly catch a breath. Since only today I have the time, then I'll update all the events from Monday to today.
MONDAY:
Went to church in the late morning to help do some packing up. We're finally moving into our 'Promised Land'. The church will be moving to our new premise on 22 of March. Yeaahhhhh. Indeed the Lord is faithful all these years and we are now at the bank of Jordan, ready to cross and move into the Promised Land.
In the evening, me and Daniel decided to watch "Hitch". Real funny. Really like Will Smith. One good actor. Still remember when he was young, he was acting in this comedy sitcom, Fresh Prince of Belair.
TUESDAY:
PUKE @.@ It was the longest day of my life. I was in school from 10am till 9.45pm. That's like 12 hours in school. AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Usually I atmost had 2 lectures (3 hrs each) a day. That Tuesday, I had 3 lectures. In my last lecture, I was wondering why sheeps are jumping over my lecturer's head. No good! No good! And I'm going to have a few more of such tuesday. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!
WEDNESDAY:
Thank God. Only 1 lecture in the afternoon. And my favourite subject of the 4 papers I'm taking this semester. "Financial Reporting Standard" My cup of tea. This is the only subject that I can go into the lectures with 70% capacity and understandd fully. Hehe ^.^ Then I can't remember what I did at night. Too stoned to remember what I was doing. Haha
THURSDAY:
Yes! Another day where only 1 lecture. It was in the afternoon. After that, I had a concert hosted by St Hilda's Secondary School. Met Charles at Raffles Place at 6.30pm. Went to eat Nasi Lemak at Shoehorse Complex. Reached Victoria Concert Hall. Honestly, I was there more to support the church's youths who were performing in the concert. There was Soo Fern in the "Chimebell Ensemble" and Xavier and Andrew in the Band. Did i miss out anybody? Hope not! Was fantastic and to be frank, I'm very proud of them. Firstly, I never get to have such achievement when I was at their age. And secondly, they as Children of God are doing proud in God's name. Praise be to God for He is worthy of our praises!
FRIDAY:
MUAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAH!!!!!!!!!!!! NO SCHOOL TODAY! YEAH! Went to church in the late morning. Help to do packing again. Evigan was around. Really thankful that he was around. Very helpful. In the afternoon, had tuition with Calvin. Just got back his maths paper and didnt' really do well. But I believe that with hard work and faith in God, nothing is impossible. Aimming to get a pass for the next test. Not much of achievement to many but then it is a good start towards success.
This week has been a real tiring and exhausting week. It's not just the amount of activities that are draining away my energy but also emotionally, I'm burdened. Suddenly there is this mixed feelings. Really not a good feeling and it has been making me moody. It is just so hard. There are feelings that want to be expressed but yet it is not His time nor His will. I had accepted and understood His intention but there is still these emotional attachment that I have to deal with. It's not easy. There's no way I could forget it. Neither could I suppress it for it is just too painful. I'm exhausted. But I still trust in the Lord because He is preparing me for that day. I have to press on. Don't give up. Run and complete the race.
Mat 11:28
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
The race is tiring and demanding but that's part of the moulding and shaping process for us. Let us not give up but focus on God for He is our strength and our shelter. Brothers and sisters, in whatever things that we do, continue to press on for our Promise Land is not far. Amen!

It's Another Long Saturday
Well! All my saturdays going to be a busy one. Woke up at around 8 plus to do some administrative stuffs. Finish by 10 and den went to church to do 2nd round of administrative works. At 12 p.m., we had our 2nd Youth Worship Practise. Fantastic boy! I think we are doing marvelously but one area has to improve. Punctuality! Haiz! After practise, we went for our Youth Fellowship. Today was a corporate session; no small group session.
UNCLE WILLIAM was sharing about the attitudes of being brothers and sisters in Christ. Being appreciative of one another, accepting one another's differences, honouring each other, being devoted to each other and many more. And we should also have such attitudes with our frens, family members basically towards everybody. Honestly, all these attitudes are not easy because the world teaches us to be self-centred. It is always a constant effort to push ourselves to display such attitudes even within our body of Christ. By just as I had said, we are a Body of Christ. If one part of the body fails to function, the body will not function at its best. Therefore, the eyes should not say to the other parts of the body that they are not importan but rather every part of the body should respect and appreciate one another. Even for myself, I find it hard to be devoted to one another because I'm quite a solitude person. But I am making it an effort to put in my effort to pay more attention and time with my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
After the fellowship, the Youth Advisors went for our own fellowship at Auntie Khim's place. Fantastic. Every time we come to her house for meals, it is always a feast. Den she got this cream puffs from this shop call Papa's beard or something like tat which was like love at first bite. Muahahahahha. I ate 2. Call me a glutton or fat pig, i don't care. After the feeding time, we went into a series of serious discussion and eventually ended at 11:30 pm. Yawwwwwwnnnnnn. Can't believe it! I'm up for 15 hours. Actualli intended to take bus home but den, was too tired and i do think i deserve to give myself a treat. So I did the Marcarina dance. I flag a cab, reached home, took a bath and say bye bye to Mr Moon.

God's unconditioned love!
Today was a long day for me. Or rather starting from March, my classes' frequency is increasing. From a 2 day week, a total of 9 hours classes to 3 day week, ranging from 12-18 hours. Sweat! -_-" Really tiring but then I know I had to put in the extra effort. I cannot afford to lose pace. Need to persevere on. 1 and half more years and I'll graduate. Must not give up. The Lord is my strength!
Today I had a conversation with my friend and it brings us to God's unconditioned love. Sometimes when we do something for someone whether it be friends, love ones or others, we do it out of pure love. And many times we end up being hurt or not appreciated by the opposite party. The feeling is no good and may end up becoming an emotional wound. Well I guess it is alright to feel this way since God gave us emotions. But we should not hold grudge or justify our sorrowness. We should instead come back to God because His love for us is unconditioned and will never change even though we will. And His love will heal our emotional wound.
Why shouldn't we hold any grudges over what the other party has done to us? Because Jesus didn't. His love is the perfect love and the ultimate love. His love is the example of love we should model after. He loves us so much that He died for us on the cross even though He knew that many will still reject and not show any appreciation for what He had done on the cross. Likewise, we should still love others even though there's the chance of not receiving anything back. But it is ok becoz that is what love is all about.
To avoid disappointment, always root your love in God. And only when God's love is in us, can we be strong and be able to love others unconditionally. So go forth to love one another so that people will know that we are Your disciples. Amen!
