21 April Dinner

Finally, I am well enough to move around. Though feeling better, tot tat beta to eat something simplier and not from outside. Outside food tends to be oilier. So decided to cook myself. Hahahah.


Porridge. Yes! That's what I will make. Hahaha! Guess wat? This will be my 2nd time making porridge. The 1st time was when I was in Cambodia last December and I fell sick. Yah! Have to cook porridge to eat. It turned out quite well. So this time round, I'm going to make it better.


INGREDIENTS:

1/3 Cup of Rice

Water... erh as for how much, well you have to go figure out yourself

2 small potatos, cubed

2 cm of carrots, sliced (if you want more you can increase the length :)

1 Century Egg, sliced

1 Salted Egg, separate yolk from white


1. Put Rice, Water, Carrot and Potatos into pot. Bring to boil and lower the fire.

2. Cook till the whole thing looks edible.

3. Add Salted Egg Yolk. Add Salted Egg White for seasoning.

4. When it's cooked, pour the content into a bowl and add the Century Egg.


Wahlah.... Dinner! Enjoy!
