TAF CLUB: DAY 06

MORNING:

Breakfast:
- Milo
- 2 slices of bread


AFTERNOON:

Lunch:
- 2 slices of Luncheon Meat
- Kang Kong w chilli
- 2 Tomatoes, pan-fried
- Rice


EVENING:

Dinner:
- Fish-head
- Peas n Kang Kong
- Rice


Weight: 91kg.... tsk tsk..... Yeay... 1st kilo gone :D
